Our Metal Roofing Installation Process
Our Process
- Apply the underlayment This is the first layer on top of the plywood or OSB roof deck.
- Order panels to fit We avoid creating water buildup-causing seams in your roof, which lead to water buildup.
- Fasten eave trim We install the eave trim tight to the fascia and fasten it to the roof deck over the underlayment with 1-inch roofing nails.
- Set the panels Place each metal panel on an inside foam closure strip to keep bugs and water from getting underneath.
