When I needed to replace my roof, I contacted two other companies before contacting Chris Battaini Roofing Co.  The first company provided a quote and then on the day I was going to sign the contract, they increased the quote by $5,000.  The second company provided a quote that had several reasons that they would be able to increase the agreed upon amount once they started the job.  When Chris came to give me an estimate, I explained the issues that were raised by the first company.  Chris took the time to listen and look further into the potential issues.  Chris assured me that if additional issues came up, he would not complete any additional work without consulting me first and providing the cost of the work that would be needed.  He gave me a fair quote which was considerably less than the first company and slightly more than the company who hadn’t accounted for the unknowns.  Chris provided me with references who I contacted.  My experience with Chris Battaini Roofing Co. mirrored the positive references that were provided.  Chris kept me informed of the timeline in which he would be able to complete my roof.  On the day that they came to replace the roof, there was an extra layer of pre existing shingles that were not considered  in the original quote.  Chris discussed the various options to address this potential additional expense.  Chris and his crew were able to complete the job within the timeframe that he had provided.  They were professional, efficient and reliable.  I would not hesitate to recommend Chris and his company to anyone who needs a new roof !  – Jaime Cassauant
